The content of this manual has been adapted from WHO/UNICEF Care for Child Development participants' material, presently undergoing adaptation by the Ministry of Health to the Ugandan context through the Nurturing Care Framework Working Group. We extend our appreciation to WHO and UNICEF for making this content available for use. Sincere appreciations are extended to the line Ministries; particularly the Ministry of Health (MoH), Ministry of Gender Labour Social Development (MoGLSD), Ministry of Local Government (MoLG), Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES), Ministry of Agriculture Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) for their invaluable contributions in reviewing and adapting this material to the needs of Kulea Watoto Project.
